Rough assembly

• Exterior façade and interior barrier walls: sandwich type panels on the basis gypsum fiber–expandable polystyrene Plastimo EPS — gypsum fiber with 8 or 10 cm thickness
• Supporting construction: of metal or wooden profiles
• Window framework: wood, PVC etc., as required by customer
• Roof: customized, made of tiles, bitumen components, galvanized iron sheet etc.
• During assembly, the internal electric wiring is installed. All its elements are hidden in the walls and ceilings
• Joints between elements are filled in
• Fitting elements: rivets, bolts, nails and welding
• Application of external hydro-insulation cover and/or wooden casing.

Finishing works

• Internal walls processing with latex, faience and wall-paper
• Processing of ceiling plates with latex, oil–paint or wooden casing
• Flooring with terracotta, fitted carpet, linoleum or parquet.
